Billionaire investor and philanthropist George Soros said Thursday in an interview with CNBC’s Maria Bartiromo that the deficits facing U.S. municipalities will be the “drama of the next year.†Soros also said that what ever recovery we have will be finished by mid year and that interest rates will start to rise later in the year.Â
