So….you want to live in California!       Big Big changes coming to California………..Schwarzenegger Seeks $6 Billion Loan, …..Much bigger cuts coming to education……..Schwarzenegger, a 61-year-old Republican, said the state should sell $6 billion of revenue anticipation warrants, a type of cash-flow loan that can be repaid over two years. He also proposed cutting an equal amount in spending, mostly from schools and colleges.  “Sacramento is not Washington, we cannot print our own money,†Schwarzenegger said today. “To look for new revenues is out of the question.â€Â Among his proposals are moves to sell some of California’s landmark buildings, including San Quentin State Prison, and the LA Coliseum,  The 157- year-old prison occupies prime waterfront property on San Francisco Bay.  Tax revenue as of April 30 was down 16 percent from estimates at the start of the fiscal year. Income taxes slipped 13 percent and corporation taxes slumped 35 percent, figures from the state controller’s office show.
